About Ravi Ramsaran
Product Leader.
AI Strategist.

Ravi Ramsaran is not your typical product leader.

Born in Trinidad and raised in a family business, Ravi learned to navigate uncertainty long before his first startup. After moving to Canada, he built and led six companies—spanning consulting, education technology, hardware, and enterprise AI. His journey from scrappy founder to trusted advisor for government and defense organizations has shaped a leadership philosophy grounded in clarity, adaptability, and tactical execution.

But his most transformative experience came from working alongside Canada’s elite military unit: CANSOFCOM (Canadian Special Operations Forces Command). There, Ravi helped integrate AI into high-stakes operations, learning firsthand how elite teams make rapid, high-impact decisions in volatile environments.

These lessons form the foundation of his bestselling book, Grey Zone Mastery—a field manual for product managers, innovation leaders, and anyone building under pressure.
